Adult Social Care Contact Team in Rotherham

 The Adult Social Care Contact Team in Rotherham receive all enquiries via telephone or email from individuals, friends/relatives or professionals and from people who present at Riverside House in need of advice and support.

The team will signpost people as well as providing information and advice. They  manage initial safeguarding enquiries and requests for aids/adaptations/assistive technology and Occupational Therapy assessments and pass these on to the relevant teams.

The team also support with requests for enablement service, requests for Care Act assessment/carers assessment or reviews of existing care and support from other teams if required.
